I had taken my 2001 dodge truck to this dealorship to get a tune and lube. Itg had 22000 miles 2 days passed and a service manager called to say that the truck had a crack in the head or block and since i had bought a extra warranty i only had to pay 100. They would bill the warranty company the the rest of 4500.00. They also said that my ac was bad and needed an ac compressor. I responded saying not to do anything to my truck and i picked it up and found that there was no freon in the ac it was taken out. I took it back and they refilled it. It now leaks all the freon out every 3 months. They refuse to fix it. There was nothing wrong with the engine and the truck only has 35ooo miles total. I since have tried many times to talk to mr gongalez the owner. I have left 14 messages and still have not had a call back.in researching the local residents i have found that this dealorship prays on the elderly and reports that minor problems are blown up to huge repairs when only minor things were needed. This dealorship is known for this.
