Is a fraudulent ripoff business

Dittmers shell service station ripoff $640 tune up on a 1996 van...

We just wanted a tune up. We were told over the phone around $200 just drop it off in the morning. And we could pick it up later that day. I called them that afternoon and was told later that night.

I called them that evening and was told that it wouldnt be done till the next day (i should have known then). They called me around 2 the next day and said it was done and it was $640 dollars... For what, i just needed a tune up. Well it needed a fuel injector then it needed this thing done and that thing done...

I asked who told you to do this. Well we thought you wantd it done. No i just wanted a tune up for $200.. To bad work is done if you want your van back you must pay..

I have no choice but to pay them the police here say they can keep the van untill do. We have 5 kids and we need it. Its going on a week now and i dont know what else to do.

I do intend to tell at least 640 people this story they hadno right to do the work or to charge me for it
