They sold me a used car where the transmittion didn't work properly, the clutch was grinding on metal, and the car never had a tune up. They sold me a lemon. I've had the car taken back to the shop a total of seven times and the car is still not fixed. I lost one job because of this car and on the verge of losing another. One of their representative by the name of Bobby Rameriz harrassed me when I came back with the rental. They tried to take the rental back when they still had my car in the shop. I refused and he said he would make sure I got arrested for grand theft auto and was banging on the car as I was driving away.
If you are thinking about buying a car from them, PLEASE PLEASE think again. These people do not value their customers. They don't abide by their contracts and think they can get away from anything.
When I was there, I saw a really old guy there who just bought a BRAND NEW CAMARY, he was nearly in tears!!! He told me he had this BRAND NEW CAMARY taken back for some gas reasons 5 times and they still haven't fixed it!!!
I know for a fact that Toyota of Garden Grove is not only f*ing me over but they have done it to someone else too. Please don't make the same mistake as I did. Save your money and go somewhere else. They won't value your time, your money, or your business. It's better to ride a bike/skateboard/skate/bus rather than deal with these boneheads.
