I bought my car from jc motors on greenwood ave in clarksville tennessee. I havent ever been late on a payment or had any problems but because some of the workers had a problem they tried to rip me off.
I woke up tuesday the 31 of july to my 12 year old brother telling me some man just told him to go tell me he was stealing my car. It was the repo man. They said i was late on my payments. I have never been late on my payments. Always early.
Well after i had to pay all the money for the late fees and repo fees i came home and thought about it for hours until i figured it out on july 9th i made a payment in the store but then as i did ofter i made a payment in the drop box on saturday july 14th. That payment wasnt even due until the 16th. I then brought my car up there for ron to take a fuse out for me on the 20th. Nobody said anything. I came in on monday the 23rd made my payment. Nobody said anything. Then i saw ron out on thursday july 26th and he didnt say anything then either.
I didnt hear anything about it until yesterday the 31st when they took my car they said they had tried to get in contact with me for two weeks to tell me i was late. But really somebody stole the money i left in the drop box. So i wasnt really late and they knew that nobody tries calling my house phone it was never disconnected has never been disconnected. The owner wouldnt even talk with me but i am going to give them one more chance to give my money back to me. The 60 dollars they stole the 15 dollars for the late fee and the 125 dollars for the repo fee before i contact my lawyer again
