On Atlantic Blvd Money scamming, broke down used vehicles, Bug infested car ripoff

I went to Duval acura in Feb. 2007 in need of a car. I am a 21 year old female. So the guy checked my credit and gave me a choice of 2 cars. One of the cars was a manual. I told him I only knew how to drive automatic. He said he had the perfect car for me.

He showed me a 2001 Chrysler Concorde. The car was sitting in the back of the dealership by itself. The car is white in color but it wasn't washed (understandable). He said lets take it for a test drive. I thought the car had a future with me. He gets in the car and drives, I sit on the passenger side. There were 101,000 miles on it. The car ran very loud. He tried to sell it to me, wasn't happening. We returned to the dealership and the salesman couldn't even get out of the car. The door handle broke. That was a sign.

So, I left. I told him to call me when he had a better deal. He called me for a week straight trying to sell me that chrysler. So he finally calls and says he has a van in. 2001 Chevy Venture with 60,000 miles on it. I was desperate so I went and took a look. The van was nice. It drove nice but it was again dirty inside and out. Very big and just wasn't for me. I went to leave again and he said wait we have something new in.

It's mid March now. He took me to a 2004 Ford Taraus with 38,000 miles on it. I test drove it and I loved it. It was clean and ran great. He said the car had no problems. I was under warranty then. So, 2 weeks after I bought the car I noticed a roach sitting on the passenger seat one day in the early morning. I killed it and thought nothing of it. I never drive my car at night.

So, I started working nights and I went and got in my car and there were over a hundred roaches in there. I bought raid, and other bug killers and nothing works. I decided to stop driving my car period. It disgusted me. Creeped me out. I didn't want bugs in my house so I just got rides everywhere.

So, here comes july 7th. I had to drive someone 50 miles away and had no choice but to drive the bug car. We get to 40 of the miles and the car just stopped in the middle of the street. It didn't shut off, it went in reverse, it just wouldn't drive forward. The mileage read 50,455. I called my brother up and told him what happened he said it was my transmission.

I paid 200 bucks for a tow company to tow it to Aamco, a transmission repair place. The guy gave me a call the next day and said your transmission is burnt out. They can't save anything. I told him how could that be. He said that's impossible and the dealership should do something. The dealership said they would help, but I'm still waiting on a return phone call from this guy Jason.

So I'm stuck with a 278 dollar car note, 240 dollar insurance payment, 2,660 dollar transmisson repair and the dealership is right? A-train aka Anthony sold me the car. Jason, his manager said he would fix it and he hasn't. Please help me!
