I have a 2003 ford explorer that is under warranty and it needs a cadilac converter. My car is still at the dealership and it has been 8 weeks now. We have called a lot of times and the service people are telling us the part has not come in yet and they dont know when its gonna be there. They wont give us a loaner so we spent a lot of money on rentals, taxi's or gas money to be able to go to work and back.
