Mis-Billing and constant harassment ripoff

This company is out of it's mind.
I have had a auto loan with Wells Fargo for 4 -years. I have been lied to, and harassed every day for the last month. I have documernted 72 calls in a 30 day period. This Balboa insurance thing is a total scam.
I see, by reading others accounts, I am far from the only one.
There has to be someone who can help us here.
