I took my van to the shop, to have my engines rebuild. They rebuild it but with in two week's it stared to rin hot. It still run hot and he well not fixed it

I took my van to the shop, to have a engines rebuild. He rebuild it but with in two week's it stared to run hot. So I tooke it back to him and he said that it was the stared. But i try to explain to him that. It was running hot, and he kept it for two week's. But it is still runing hot. And he is not fixe it for me.
