Our boy includes a auto loan through Wells Fargo Auto Financing. I co signed the mortgage since my boy is just a university student without proven credit. Possibly he or I've usually produced regular payments on his auto loan. Their funds are due about the 27th of the month.in March we received a telephone call declaring the Feb cost was never obtained. I tested my documents, along side my bank record, and mentioned that I'd, certainly, created the cost. I named Wells Fargo back (again, meaning I named their 1-800 number which links me to some "callcenter." There are many callcenters within the U.S. And clients don't have any control over which call-center they'll link to.) Hence started the four-month run around that there appears to be no escape. Because that evening in March, I've faxed info 4 times, and also have voiced with Wells Fargo about 100 times. Twice I sent copies of my digital bank claims, displaying the reduction from my bill. A boss I talked with, explained that I really could have quickly simply produced these copies fraudulently, therefore explained to send a duplicate of the financial institution statement submitted the email. I named her to ensure she'd obtained it (she really offered me her extension number). She did, certainly, get the fax and stated she'd individually follow-up on my bill - the document was on her table. She explained to provide it 10 - 2 weeks (bear in mind I'd been informed this three additional occasions - its been a few months at this time). Today, I've been looking to get your hands on her for that previous 3 months, but each time I contact the telephone number she's provided me, I actually donot have a chance to enter an extension quantity - I simply obtain a "callcenter". I've been advised to keep calling the phone call facilities which anybody I talked with could be ready to update me about the standing of my bill. That's a lot of garbage! Exactly what a goofball procedure! Nobody knows something, and also the division that's accountable for solving the absent cost problem is off-limits, evidently. I get named continuously, by their "automated dialer." Since, based on Wells Fargo, I'm 30 days behind, I keep receiving overdue fees added onto my bill. I've completed anything they've requested me to complete, and that I am extremely discouraged. Any recommendations?
