Please include me in any action against Drive Financial. My situation is much like the others. I have been repreatedly mischarged or had payments "lost" then charged 9.00 a day late fees on top of it. I never signed or agreed to the extra fees on my auto, they refuse to discuss the abuse and have literally laughed when I called them about it. They have taken money from my checking account, without authorization, on more than one occasion and caused countless overdraft fees as a result. Even with proof of these debits they still refuse to resolve or take responsibilty for their mistakes. They have told me" our employees, do not make mistakes, they are trained."
Ridiculous!!
