I purchased 2 brand new GO-CARTSonline from this company. They shipped it to my home for free which I thought was a pretty good deal. I had to PUT ON THE TIRES AND THE ROLL CAGES but the engine and anything electronic was already installed.
They worked for one day and then broke down. I tried to contact the company as the go-carts were under warranty but had a hard time getting in touch with them.
I finally was able to get someone to help me but they wanted the vin#' s which are hard to find. I was able to get this for them and they sent some parts to fix them.
We put the parts on and they ran again for about two days then broke again. This was about a year ago and they are still not running.
We spent about 1800.00 for the two of them and they were birthday gifts for my son and husband. Needless to say they rode them about three times and that was it.
I have ben trying to get in touch with the company but they do not return my phone calls and they sent me an email on 5/1/07 stating tha the parts were in the mail but we have never received them. I have sent numerous emails to the Parts Manager Josh Z (who said he sent the parts) but he will no longer return my emails. I have since emailed the company and they have not emailed me back or called me.
This is the worst custmer service I have ever received and for spending 1800.00 I would think that they would be willing to help with the problem instead of ignore it.
We were goign to upgrade the go-carts this summer and at the beginning would have probabaly made another purchase from them but NOT ANYMORE!!!
This company is horrible and all they are doing is ripping off people it seems. I would suggest that you do not order anything from them at all.
