To: British Airways,

I'm writing for you (again) providing a short overview of the nuisance I'm experiencing from your own organization, British Airways to be able to get a reimbursement and payment of the connecting trip that was terminated on my method to London for my Vacation.

We got on the trip from Calcutta – Manchester on 20/December/July having a connecting trip to London exactly the same evening following a few hours. All routes got terminated to London due to haze.

The BA employees were really unhelpful and un cooperative in scheduling people to a different trip. They didn't supply us with any dinner deals or resort hotel and informed us that people will need to remain in the airport overnight. These were excessively rude also it appeared they were intentionally unhelpful in helping people with procedures to get a temporary credit.

Ultimately After 8 hours in the airport without something to consume we finally got visas. Again these were really rude and declined to provide us temporary hotel for that evening. One floor team informed us to consider the practice to London and declare exactly the same from BA later.

Therefore hauling our bags we got a-train towards the stop and required the canal to Paris.

In The airport we were informed that BA had prepared the reimbursement for the terminated trip and it'll be acknowledged to my Charge Card instantly.

Directly after we reached Asia – I deliver a proper request a return online. After I named the phone call center they explained they're unable to approach something which is likely to be authorized in the UK itself.

Since January I've approached the phone call center atleast 10-15 instances – every time I've to hold back on-hold for 20 units and half the changing times I don’t actually cope with. Every time they inform me that they're delivering a a reimbursement and it'll consider 6 months to obtain acknowledged. Every time they offered me another current email address – where after I sent – the e-mails used-to bounce-back!

Since January I've approached BA through its site atleast 10 occasions

15/February/07 - Please contact your vacation insurance provider

04/Rate/07 - I've likewise handed down your facts to the discounts group and they'll enter contact along with you the moment possible about your ticket reimbursement. I am scared I can't reimbursement the price of your substitute travel preparations

10/Rate/07 - We're examining your situation, so there can be a brief wait in answering your mail.

17/Rate/07 - I've, however, delivered your facts to the Discounts Division for that reimbursement of one's solution. They'll maintain contact with you soon.

29/May/07 - for That reimbursement of one's abandoned British Airways seats, I've handed down a duplicate of one's notice and mail to the Discounts Division. They'll enter contact along with you quickly

31/May/07 - I've approached our discounts division in the united kingdom and sadly while you purchased your seats in Asia we're not able to return the Manchester to London seats that have been terminated. Nevertheless should you contact the revenue office in Delhi that you used-to purchase your seats, they must be ready to return this section of your solution.

The Delhi office will not do something about this because they declare that they “are merely a marketing workplace and they don't have any power”

To Not overlook payment for my alternative travel preparations, payment to get a missing evening of holiday, payment to get a damaged start for the honeymoon, you're cheating that should you return my solution you'll be doing me a large benefit!

And don’t forget settlement for your nuisance i've been experiencing from you to be able to get my payment!
