I purchased a new Cadillac from Labadie in August. They had installed custom wheels which made the vehicle really stand out. I paid an additional $3000 for these fancy wheels. The vehicle developed a bad "shimmy" between 50-60 MPH. After numerous trips to various places at Labadie's direction, it was determined that these wheels had a hole pattern that did not fit the lugs properly.
Nothing could be done to make these wheels work with this car. Labadie's remedy - replace the wheels with the originals (ugly and not acceptable) and provide two years of free oil changes. The car has been in storage for seven months as the wheels of justice are delayed and delayed.
