Sold car on e-bay wired money, never sent title, gone ripoff

This dealer is a rip off called a week later said he was sending money. Never did Talked to wakefield police he has a bad rep know for being a thief. Now after all this thank god e-bay motor insu is covering this. Or it would have been a total rip off. Still takeing to court. But all and all a pain in the butt.
