My car was taken to Allen Samuels Dodge for repairs after being flooded. My car was at Allen Samuels Dodge for aproximately one month. When I went to pick up my car after Sergio Chavez said, "Your Car Is Ready!" After I went out to start my car my car sound like a TRACTOR! Sergio said that my car needed a motor, and that the motor was put in by one of the technicians. But, after starting my car that was surely not the case. Then Sergio Chavez said, Oh your compressor from your air conditioner is the reason why your car is making that sound.
I went in to tell Sergio that before my car was flooded you couldn't even hear my car no noise was coming from my car and I'm very pissed off with the service and Sergio said call your insurance company and bring the car back. My car was flooded! And Sergio should have taken responsibility and went as far as talking to my insuarance company. After all they were paid over $2300.00 by my insurance company for a piss poor job.
I'm not satisfied with my service my car sounds like a Tractor and I'm out $500.00 which was my deductible and Sergio is to blame which is an employee of Allen Samuels Dodge.
