Now we are trying to get a home loan and can't because our credit scores dropped and they won't fix it, they just say it's the other companies fault, I don't think so.
Roadloans or Triad as you put it and yes we want involved in the class action law suit. They paid off are other loan and the next thing that we no and with out my husbands or my concent they added a second loan, and that went on our credit report as us being 3 months behind and also dropped our credit scores over 100 points and we had it both od us over 600. Now when were trying to buy a house we can't get one because of our credit and what they have done to us. It is also reproting that we still owe on both loans and they won't fix it either.
