I think Triad really is screwing all of us! Go to their website http://www.roadloans.com/loans/content/rl/sup_faq. Jsp and LOOK AT the question on their faq page under How Interest is Calculated... Read the whole paragraph. If simple interested is simply principle x rate x time rather than the compounding method which charges interest on top of interest then WHY IS TRIAD CHARGING ME INTEREST ON TOP OF INTEREST IF THEY SAY THATS NOT WHAT THEY DO? Another thing... They simply say that if you want to pay off your loan sooner "... Just increase your monthly payments to the lender... No penalty for early payment".
Well the first three months of my loan I sent in more money than what is required and they DID NOT apply the payment to my principle. I gave them increased payments three months in a row and they did not do what they state they do on their website! I'm going to print this off and see what I can do about it. What does everyone else think about this?
