I have poor credit so I was contacted By a Jeremy at Spirit Dodge from the used Car section. Told me all i needed was $500.00 down. So I went down there and all they had was a 1995 Nissan 200sx that they could get me into. Knowing my situation they made it impossible for me to get into any other car. I was sold a Wynns Extened Warrenty also. Well I purchased the car on October 20 and on October 21 the check engine light came on.
1. Took car to the dealer (Spirit Dodge) October 23rd
Driver window not working, Check Engine light, Transmission is jerking real hard. Service called on October 26th to pick up car. Drove car around still jerking Called the service dept. Explained it was still jerking. Test drove the car with the head mech (he drove it) said that the car was unsafe to drive to home in
returned the car back to service October 26th.
Service called on Nov 18th and car was picked up.
Drove car home.
2. Around 7:30pm November 18th check engine light came on stayed on all of Thursday night and all of Friday.
Car is still jerking between 1st and 2nd gear when it shifts. Returned car to the dealer on Nov 19th.
Changed motor mounts o2 sensor
speed sensor Called dealer on Nov 22nd to see what is up with the car. Car is still in the shop. Picked up car on Dec 1st
3. Check Engine light came on Dec 3rd. Took car back to dealer on Dec 13th. Brake and battery light flashes when you get onto the freeway. Dealer replaced alternator.
Picked car up on Dec 14th.
4. Check Engine came on once again on Dec 14th Car idles high while the heater is on. Check engine light is currently on. Car is still jerking hard. Wynns will not cover anything on this car. I was sold a warrnety knowing that it would not be covered
