I called the company to repair the 5th wheel and asked about a drop off time i could leave it as the insurance adjuster had to take his photos and go over it with the repair shop in order for repairs to begin. Remeind you i bought this unit at this place of business (mccluskeys) and this unit is an 2006 so you think after he got my money he be more than happy to work with me. Mr mccluskey said that he could do the work but i could not leave the 5th wheel there unless he was to go to work on it, i told him that the adjuster had to take his photos and go over things with him in order to do so, mr mccluskey said i could bring it only have to leave with it the same day and return with it when the work could begin.
Now remind you that i live almost 3 hrs away. Mr mccluskey claims that since it is a very expensive unit that he could not have it sit on his lot unless i wanted to start the work and pay for it myself and then have the insurace company submit the money to me. What kind of business pratice is this. I feel he made his mega bucks off me you think he would accommodate me for my repairs that needed to be done. So people before you buy anything remeber that they dont like to work with you after they sell the units. Did i mention that i also get a cocky attitude on the phone with mr mccluskey what a change in tone from when i was making a purchuse..
