A real wake up was given to us when we found our van missing. We had filed chapter 13 and the case was dismissed and now Capital One has the vehicle. We filed 13 because of several open heart surgies. So before anyone says if you woud have paid your bills this wouldn't have happened we tried to get capital one to re - finance the deal and because of the ability to get high interest loans they always say "no".
Brenda was one of the reps that called our house "quite often" Yes she tries to be intimadating and very cold. Well i have good news for some of you in most states there is a "law" in regards to creditor harassment, so don't feel to left out. I don't we may not win in a court of law but yet we might especially if all of us would unite with an attorney with alot of back-bone.
