I wanted to transport my car from Parsippany NJ, to Bloomington IL. I have asked them to send driver on march 13 or march 14, They sent driver on march 12 and then told me that it was my mistake I should gave them 7 different days for pick up.
Second, Alex Whitaker told me that it would cost 550 $ over all but when the driver arrived with my card, he asked for additional 75 $ for fuel surcharge. And in the end, they are not giving me receipt for all money that i paid to them. I TOLD THEM THAT I NEED PROPER RECEIPT FOR REIMBURSEMENT BUT NOBODY REPLIED TO MY CALLS AND EMAILS.
I called alex, he told me to contact customer service and customer service always promise to send me my receipt but never send to me.instead of proper receipt, i got following reply from them (even the price they mentioned are wrong as i paid 625 not 675):

This is a written confirmation that the total price paid for the transport of your vehicle including the $75 fuel surcharge was a total of $675. If you have any questions or concerns please let me know. We thank you for your business have a great day.
