JB Hunt Transport, And AIG Workers Comp Insurance black balls drivers and deams non preventable accidents preventable

On March 30th I got hurt on the job while deadheading from Boston, Ma. Area to Buffalo, NY. I hit a pot hole on the NY State Thruway, and my right knee and schin hit the dash and steering colum on truck.

I went straight to Syracuse yard and went to the hospital.By the time I got to the hospital a infection was setting in the muscle of my right leg, and I couldn't bend my right knee.

After I was released from Hospital JB Hunt sent me to East Brunswick, NJ to see Company Dr. She said my sugar was too high and wouldn't recertifie me and wouldn't do a stick or A1C so I could prove to her that prior to the accident me sugar was running around 5.2

Well I was sent home never got reimburst for the rental car that they made me get so I could go to E. Brunswick, NJ went through rehab and was also denied my workers compansation cause I am a type 2 diabetic.
In July went back to JB Hunt and failed recertification physical in Atlanta. Company then put on my record I violated company policy.

In May after working for another company all most a year and after 2 to 3 times aweek JB Hunts recruiters calling me and harrasing me to come back to work there I did.

On July 22 I was heading northbound on US 522 North of Winchester, VA near the town of Cross Junction, Va. Going towards Pa. The speed limit on this 4 lane divided highway is 55 mph. Around 7:30 pm as I was pulling up a short but semi steep grade I had 2 vehicals passing me one was doing about 59 mph the other maybe 51 mph. I was going between 40 and 50 mph.

As I got to top of rise it levelled out for maybe 50 to 100 feet before going back down I noticed this Jeep librety almost approaching the top going south on the northbound side.

Since the mini van that was going just a little faster than I was couldn't see this yet and was only 1/2 to 3/4 up my trailer in the left lane I had 3 choices to make.
Choice 1 lock the breaks down. Choice 2 Go to the shoulder of hiway which was only 1-2 feet wide and went straight into a culvert. Choice 3 Watch the family in the mini van die in a bad wreck.

So I did the only thing posible I locked my breaks down and wound up having my load of roll paper shift and split the trailer. JB Hunts Safty review said it was preventable that I should of been going below 40 mph in a 55 with the hills and dales

On Monday March 6th around 6:30pm on Wi. 25,5 miles south of Durand, Wis. It was a nice evening for driving, road was dry though there was 2 foot pyles on side of road, a very light to no wind at all and the sun was just about down in the west. Wi. 25 is a 2 lane hiway. 1 north and 1 south lane speed limit where I was was 55 mph.

A car come off a side road with out stoping and made a left turn about 100-200 feet in front of me. As I was heading south. I was running empty and instead of hitting the car I went to the shoulder, and got sucked in to the ditch. Stopped and took a look to see if I had any damage as the car that turned infront of me kept going south. And so did the 2 cars in the northbound lane.
Well there was no damage to my tractor or railer, so I trie to rock the truck out and get it stuck a little more. No cell service so I had to use the Quailcom to notifiy JB Hunt what happened and to send a tow truck.

Now on Thursday JB Hunts saftey and myself do an accident review, they say I was going to fast for conditions cause the weather report said that the wind was forcast for 18 mph. And that did not happen till much later in the evening. So as of March 8th JB Hunt has fired me for those 2 preventable, NON Preventable accidents and they will not straighten either of them out!

So watch out if you go to work for JB Hunt May 22 would have been my 10th aniversary I am glad to get away from this crumy out fit!
