E careful when you go to central ford. Those sales events they have every few months are not sales. All they do is raise the price of every vehicle by $8000 to about $10000 then pretend they are giving you a great deal on your trade. They also take the prices off their website so you dont learn later that you could have bought the same vehicle for $8000 less if you had found the real price on the internet. The manager that sits in the tower is named toni coveli. He's a complete asshole to deal with. He swears at employees and customers. He discuss their credit report on the floor in front of everyone.
The finance manager cheats on your finance rate and he adds a percentage or two to the rate so he can make money. Be careful when you do your financing. If the finance guy tells you your rate is 8 percent its probably really 6.5! Get your own financing before you go there. And don't let him tell you he can beat the rate. Hes lying.
Mexicans don't stand a chance at that dealership. Toni coveli tries to screw them out of as much money as he can because he thinks theyre made of money or something. He gives deals to other people but won't make a deal with mexicans.
The service department is horrible. There are things wrong with your car after you pick it up that wasnt wrong with it when you dropped it off!
Their $99 down $99 month advertisement on tv is misleading. They don't even have cars at central ford that you can buy for $99. The ad is meant to bring people to the store so the salesman can switch them to a different car so they can make more money. They tell people they can get anyone financed and that's a lie.
The new owner jerry ramerez is about a worthless as a pile of dust. He's arrogant and won't make the time to even say hi to customer because he's too busy trying to look important.
