Sold a automobile without a drivers side seatbelt, told me it would get fixed NOT

I bought a car from woody's auto sales in cottage hills ill, 62018. I was told that the couple things I found wrong with car would be fixed on them. That was 9

It's 2 and they still have'nt fixed it all. My main problem is they sold me car with NO drivers side seat belt. I have went up there, I've called I get no where. WHAT SHOULD I DO???
