I have be trying since march of this year to have pohonka re-service a 1998 plymouth breeze. They have repeatedly turned me down, even though i have a 48 month extended warranty.
I recently paid another dealer's service team to analyze the problem with my car after talking with the plymouth headquarters. After the service was completed, i then called pohonka to try to get them to follow through on what the other service team had found out. They flat out refused to do so. Pohonka's service team tell me that the car is suppose to drive and sound just the way it is sounding. They sold me this car knowing that there were problems with the transmission and brakes and now they refuse to make any adjustments to ensure my safety!!!
So if you're looking for an automobile today, tommorrow, or when ever, don't go to pohonka!!! They are not concerned about their customers, just making the money!!!
