Pep Boys District Mgr. Mr. Fitzgerald Doesn't stand up for their mistakes Don't use Conyers Pep Boys

Makes appt. To meet w/you but doesn't show up or return phone calls.

Took car to Pep Boys for tune-up. Mechanic cross threaded one of my spark plugs and then lied that they didn't do it. Went to Dealership to have them look at it and was told Pep Boys mess up. Called Pep boys couldn't get Conyers store manager to even listen to me.

Called Pep Boys District office spoke to a Mr. Fitzgerald who even promised to meet with myself and the Service Mgr. At the dealership and he didn't show up. The dealership said they could show Mr. Fitzgerald what they thought happened. I felt that if Pep Boys didn't feel they did it that they would show up and prove their innocence. But that didn't happen.

They sweet talk you and then don't deliver on their promises. Don't do business with Pep Boys.
