On the 2/08/07,11:00am I entered Platinum Car wash to have my car washed. At 11:15am my car was done. When I looked at the car it was still dirty inside and outside I asked to talk to the manager. Manager's name was Ed. I told Ed that I payed for service to be washed Interior and Exterior of my car. He explained if I wanted interior service to be done. I had to pay extra $5. I said No Thank you. I then asked Ed if vaccuming was included in $10.99, he said yes I looked at my car one more time and vaccuming was not done. I asked ED the manager if my car could be vaccumed and he said NO GET OUT OF HERE. I then called Police. When Police Officer arrived he first went to talk to Ed the Manager and then asked me what happend. I explain to officer what took place and officer advise me that this would be something i would have to take to the court. I just wanted service done to my satisfaction. As companies policy states satisfaction Garanty. I have contacted corprate office and left them voicemail to call me. I never recieved the call.
