I have owned 5 Datsun/Nissans each bought from a different dealer. I have never had such a fraud perpetrated on me. The sales person pointed out the Gold Preferred/Premium plane and a price.
When we received the plain it was silver. The dealer promised a full refund. This has been promised to me since August and many phone calls later nothing. At the time of service the dealer crashed the car. After several trips the car was repaired. When I went to pick up the car I would not sign the release form until I saw the finished job. I heard the cashier said to the other cashier ‘my wife is a pain in the ass’. This is indicative of their sales and service department. They asked what I thought was a good price but the after market products I bought were frauds.
