Rick Case Hyundai
Identity theft by dealership

I bought an automobile from their store in Oct. 2004. On July an individual was offered an automobile by John Situation in Duluth, Ga. The applying had my title, social protection & birth-date onto it and also the mortgage was authorized by Hyundai Motor Credit. The handle didn't fit. The individual didn't have my driver's permit and ended up to become two decades younger than me. I had been informed from the fund supervisor at John Situation that it had been a mistake and my credit could be fixed. It's been recommended by a at Hyundai Credit and my local police department. That it might have already been an internal work. What we believe has occurred is the fact that the salesman that offered the vehicle in September employed my info to qualify this additional individual for that auto loan. Obviously today the individual has defaulted about the auto loan and neither she or the vehicle bought are available. I'll follow this issue to prosecute this person who employed my info and that I WOn't trust John Situation or Hyundai Motor credit again.
