Rockenbach Chevrolet is a very deceptive dealership, they scammed me into making a 430 mile round trip because of a internet pricing error on a van that was on their lot. I was told that since is posted on the internet at that price, they would have to sell it to me if I wanted to purchase the vehicle.
Needless to say since the price was about 75% below blue book I took the bait and even left my job early to go get the deal.
So four hours of driving later i'm sitting in their showroom waiting for my internet prize. But low and behold, now they couldn't find it! It was MIA, it had just vanished into thin air. Sure enough, a few minutes later Mr. Used car manager man comes over to explain to me that it sold that afternoon right after I had talked to the salesman, how convenient for them.
Of course they had another vehicle they could show me but at a much higher price. I felt so embarrassed and naive. I had just been the heel of a pathetic internet scam. I was furious at this point and simply stood up and walked straight out of their dealership. Do not do business with these people, it seems that from every angle, they are deceptive and shameless.
