New meaning to One hour wait ripoff waste of time

I went to the Pep Boys location to get four new tires for my truck. I was told that I would have to wait one hour for an open space in their schedule.

I entered the store at 11:03am and left the store at 3:51pm that was the longest one hour that I have had to endure in a long time.
