Ordered a $700 - 200 pound bumper for my 2007 Wranger from Tellico based on information contained in their advertisement.
Bumper arrived; opened box and found bumper was not made to fit my Jeep. EMailed Tellico for RMA explaining situation and was informed I had to pay the cost of shipping back to manufacturer.
I rebutted 5 times explaining in nauseating detail [including a source code extract from their still incorrect web-page] how the part was advertised incorrectly and was not manufactured to fit my Jeep and I was NOT responsible for the error.
They refuse to correct their web-site, refused to pay for my shipping back to manufacturer and refuse to accept any responsibility for creating the error or the situation even after being told by the manufacturer the part they describe does not exist for sale.
NOTE and Kudos: Body Armor, the manufacturer of the part, immediately identified the Tellico error and has accepted burden of cost for return of the bumper and cost of shipping the new bumper once it is Manufactured.
Recommendation: From my experience I would offer Tellico4x4 is not an honorable company, transact business with them at your own peril.
