I received a final notice in the mail for my car that my warranty was about to expire. I called and before I knew they had me buying this bogus warranty with a $400.00 Down payment and $133.00 a month for 12 months. I never got the warranty packet or the products that were to be sent to me. I have been calling to find out where this stuff is. No return calls.
I am contacting my lawyer today to try to get my $400.00 back.
