Doesn't honor deals, unethical business practice, liars

On 12-19 I went to Crown Ford to purchase a vehicle. I was told I had been approved for a vehicle. About 2 and a half months later I was told I wasn't approved and that I had to turn in the vehicle that I had been driving. Immediately, after the phone call I began questioning Crown Fords ethics.

I contacted their Management firm i Greensboro, NC. I was told they would look into it and get back with me. Well they called me back and told me I was approved again I went to talk to them and was informed that I have a new deal of $611 a month at 18% interest. I informed the General Manager Pete Massey that our original agreement was for $450 a month and that I would like him to honor what his sales team had originally agreed to. I was told that he would get back to me.

After, this conversation, I contacted their headquarters in Asbury, New York and spoke with a Mr. Deangasi after several messages he returned my phone call I told himabout the situation and how very displeased I was with his company's business practice. I also informed him that I had been talking to some of the sales reps, who informed me that this had been a pratcice in which Crown Ford is giving some consumers vehicles and saying they were approved and giving sales contracts in which they don't honor and never had any intention of honoring so that they may line their pockets with the rebates from Ford Motor Company which I don't think is fair either.

Mr. Deangasi informed me that he couldn't make them honor the contract which I think is not right being he was in the same office with Mr. Kenneth Gilman. He also told me to look at the vehicle as a free rental. After this conversation, I was outraged I didn't go to the dealership looking for a rental car I went to purchase a vehicle that I wanted with a dealership that I thought was in the car sales business. I know that they were conducting business as the NADA has outlined in their code of ethics.

I have not heard from Crown Ford since March 06 it is now Dec. 06. I am currently writingthe CEO of Ford Motor Company Mr. Alan Mulally, and also the director of the NADA Mr. DAvid Westcott, the Attorney General Roy Cooper and the local newspaper to expose what is going on. AAny suggestions? Help! They also didn't sign any of the paper workincluding the privacy act!!
