Bad Business Practices, Inferior Equipment That Does Scratch Cars, cheated employees and screwed the customers even more

I am former Supervisor of said location. I was informed by the owner, Bob, that even though we knowingly scratched a car, to deny it no matter what. "We can't afford it" Many customer complaints came from the inferior equipment.

I have seen tax evasion, non-reporting of income, and mental and physical abuse of employees. This all coming from the owner who can disgrace you, your mother, your color and your religion without even realizing it.

I have been told not to hire "colored people". This shortly after him calling an employee "boy", and getting bitch slapped.

All from a owner who inherited the business from his hard working parents. His parents are rolling over in their graves right now.
