In july i was behind in truck note spoke with the company and explained finanical hardship. I agreed to send the company 1500 dollars at that time and company accepted. Then i received a call from the repo man stating that he was looking for truck. When i called back i was told the the lady i was speaking with was out of town, so i spoke with someone else and he informed me if the woman told me i didnt have to worry about it was ok. But the car was in the shop for body repair and i informed the company of that. I had that truck almost 4 years. I was changed 19.9% finance charge for the truck which end up being 10,000 dollars and the truck was 18,999. The end payment on the truck was 12,000 when they repo it. When i called to send the rest of the money i owed i was inform that they had repo the truck from the repair shop. So i want to know why the hell did they tell me they was not going to come and get it and they did. So once again i want to talk to this lady again she was not there. So they ripped me off. But the funny thing is that as of apirl of 2007 the account has not been sent to collections. Now ist that funny. So any one thinking of using them dont their just big ass liers trying to get anyone who will let them and seeming how i cant afford or have the time to get a lawyer i just got done.
