I purchased a car from them on April 17 with a cash down payment of $2500.00. They called April 30 stating that they did not have all information to verify my telephone number, employer number was not correct. I gave them the information over the phone and faxed documents to them 2 days later.
Then I called concerned May 10 that my payment book from the finance company did not come asking what was going on with the financing and they stated to me that they were working on it. Then they called me on May 19 asking again for the same information and I gave it to them and said if you have any other problems please contact me and let me know asap. I also stated to them that my payment was due on the 17th but when I called they said they were working on the deal still.
Then on the evening going into the next day the repossession man came to repo the car in which I asked to see the paperwork which he had and released the car to him with no problem. I then asked well what about my deposit money he said call them in the morning and they will either tell you to come get it or pick up the car it just depends.
His name is A.D. Hill Bondsmen. They picked it up on May 23 at 12:58 am which is the time it was when I came back into my house. Legally they have 5 days to return the deposit and or trade-in. It is now June 4 and they have not given me anything. I called and spoke with the finance person the next day and he stated to me that he did not know how much money if any that I was getting back he said in fact I may owe money.
I called and complained from that day on to DMV Investigations, Nissan Corporation, Bond Insurance company.
On May 30 the General manager received a call from Nissan Corporation and at that time he stated that the car had about 500-600 dollars worth of damage to it, but has not notified me about it until I called right after Nissan Corporation called me and let me know that the car had damage to it.
I called the general manager back and he said that he was just informed that the car had 500-600 dollars in damage that he has not seen yet.
Any way they are just trying to lie their way out of giving me back my deposit.
Do not deal with them because they are just out to rip people off.
