On August 26 we received notice that our check bounced, we immediately called Chica Chica to bring the money in, we were told at that time to "hold off on bringing in any money to see if they resubmit the check", four nights later they came in the middle of the night and repossesed our Ranger, my husband and myself have tried repeatedly to contact these people but they constantly hang up on us or tell us they do not have to talk to us. They will not tell us what we need to pay to get our truck back or work with us at all.
The payment was originally SIX days late when the check came back NSF, but like I said, we immediately called them to make it good. They still have our ranger and still refused to talk to us. The longer they hold on to our truck the more unreasonalbe fees they are going to charge us. HELP! We need to beat these people at their game.
There has been four other complaints filed with the BBB but yet Chica Chica is still in business. We want our truck back and all monies paid into that company.
