I received a set of Shogun pipes that were incorrectly bent. I assumed they were put on wrong. This was done right before winter. When Spring came around I had the pipes relocated. I was told that the pipes were simply defective.
I contacted Samson Exhaust (the makers of Shogun Exhaust) and sent photographs. They denied all responsibility. I filed a small claims suit against them. Once customer service received the summons, they agreed that the pipes were incorrectly bent and that they would be sending me a new set.
I stopped the lawsuit. A month went by with no pipes. I called the company again and was literally called an asshole by the receptionist. (By then I probably was.) They would not even talk to me, claiming that the pipes were on backorder.
I refiled the lawsuit. They filed for an extension. I went to court 3 times in this matter before I was given a judgement for $511 plus $63 court costs.
They haven't contacted me and evidently have no intention of making this right. Hopefully with your help, this issue will be resolved.
