Ripoff the sevice department from heck

This story starts approx. Six to eight months ago. My kia sportage started running very rough and since i had an extended warrienty i called my buying dealership wich was courtesy kia, set up an appotntment, and took it over
the night before rented a car at my expense (i needed to get to work ythe next day) went to work the next day assuming that they would find out what was wrong with my car.

So i go to work the next day but my husband calls said he calls the dealership to see what was wrong with my car, well they havent looked at it yet they cant find my keys so i call them tell them where i put the key in the envelope with my name and dropped it in the slot. So the service manager said o.K. We will find them. I gave him my cell number in case ther are any other problems,

Well he calls me cant find the key but will have another made i said o.K. Assumming it would be done that day well it did not. It took three days to get a key and 90.00 in car rental then they wanted 600.00 to fix it wich my warrienty did not cover and it would take 3 to 4 days to get the parts so i picked up the car took it somewhere else got it fixed for 125.00 and less than 24 hours. Thats my first nightmare.

The second just happened once again i had some problems took it in they said they would have to order the parts (rear wiper motore and lines 3 and4 on rear window defroster) they critacal so i said o.K. And picked up the car. The very next day the car breaks downs on the freeway so i call the dealership make an appontment have the car towed over and i personally dropped off a key so they dont loose it.

It was the alternater and the master cylinder so they got confermation from the warrenty and they went about fixing it. Once again i assumed they would call when it was finished but you should never assume because they did not. They got it done at 4.00 pm. Did not bother to call so we could pick it up, closed up shop, and went home.

If we wouldnt have drove by the dealer ship later that evening we would not have known it was fixed because my husband went to the dealership the next morning and they said they wernt going to call us that day either. Is that the way you run a business? I wouldn't think so.

And by the way they still dont have the parts they said they ordered the guy in service told my husband it takes awhile they have to come from japan (the car is korean)
