Preferred Tractor Service, Dan Smith Owner
Ripoff, refuses to pay wages due

I was hired by Dan Smith owner of Preferred Tractor service to drive Dump Truck.

The days of work were often erratic and some days no work,
I asked for pay after two weeks of working and soon got conflicting days I was to be paid.

Finally I was told he just didn't have the funds to pay me and he would pay soon as he could.

I had to finally turn this in to department of labors, in washington state.

I am left in a bad situation, not even having the money to seek other employment, my gas tank is empty.

I was told later he had done the same thing to two other employees.

A person should be jailed for such a bad thing, he just bought a newer truck yet cannot pay me, if he had credit for a truck, he should have paid me.

He was getting $90 dollars a hour for the truck I was driving.
