My husband and I were in the market for a 2006 Dodge Quad and since we now live in N.M.in a very small town we thought we would give them a call since we had purchased from them about 6 yrs. Ago we called the location about 9am and spoke with a salesperson by the name of Brian Goss he was sure had a truck for us because we were trading 2003 Ford F-150 and we knew that we were $6000.00 upside down but this would be a cash deal and we wanted to do the deal on the phone to be sure it could be done before we drove 6 hours away for nothing. The process took several hours of Brian calling us and he asked us for our trade info which we gave and said he would call us back because he had to speak with Billy the sales Mgr. We received another call from Brian and he said "he had an 06 Dodge Quad that will work" I asked him what did Billy the sales mgr. Say? Brian responded with " Billy said well we had bought from them before so he would knock off a $1000.00 and since we were driving from N.M. That was worth another $500.00 I asked him are you positive because we are driving from N.M. And I want to be sure this is a done deal and Brian said yes. We agreed and I asked him to have the paperwork ready so we could get in and out Brian assured us everything would be taken care of and so we go through 6 hours of driving we get there about 9pm we test drive the truck we said OK let's do the paperwork we go into his office Brian gets our address then goes to the Finace Mgr. Brian comes back saying " I know y'all don't want to hear BS but will you finance through us because we can get you $1500.00 off w / 100,000 mile warranty. We said we were not interested because we had already received a good interest rate and I had a blank check from capitol one and it was a cash deal. Brian went back to the finance mgr. Then the finance mgr. Comes in and says "look I am missing $1000.00 off of your trade" I said what are you talking about Billy has already approved this deal we are to sign papers we were told we had a deal from Brian & Billy. The finance mgr. Says sorry I need $1000.00 so whats to be expected we became angry (Brian Goss) is now hiding we found him and confronted him he said "he went to Billy and repeated what Billy had said" (Billy wasn't there) so we continued to argue how we had been lied to and nothing was settled I know that the trip cost me $150.00 in gas for nothing they did not apologize for being liars and I told Brian Goss that he was a dirtbag and and they could all kiss my * they were not going to get any of my money. I urge any potential buyer to go somewhere else and buy and I am contacting Tinker AFB to find out what I have to do to get this place black listed to save our military members any extra hardships. (because I was so upset I can not recall the finace mgr. Name although he was a sawed off * w / a mustache)
