Continental Warranty called me a million times, until I decided to make a deposit of $150.00 on 6/14, and the next morning 6/15 I canceled my contract thru E-mail because I've seen all the fraud on Rip-off. I just wish I'd seen this report first. I've talked to a rep. On monday 7/24/06 and she stated my refund would be expidited back into my account on thursday 7/27 and still nothing.
So I called back the 1800 inquiry # and got the same female rep. She stated it should have been in my account because it's showing it was sent and it usually takes up to 3-4 days to be processed by my bank. I told her I would call my bank in regards to the processing because it was not showing a deposit. However, they showed nothing when I spoke to my bank.
So, I decided to wait until tomorrow 7/28/06 and still nothing showed on my account. Well I guess I'll have to call the bank about a dispute with this company because I feel they lied to me again!!! And if nothing I'll call a lawyer today. C
