2002 Ford SUV was solded 06/02. Notified Continental warranty by faxing all information require based on their cancellation policy. I was informed by Ms Tereas, customer dept. That I am due a refund for $590.00 and it takes 12 weeks to process the cancellation so approx. Aug 27,08 the check will be sent out. Emails sent to continental, certified mail sent and absolutely No response from Continental. They are one Big JOKE. I made a call to them 01/07 and spoke with Mr B and he voiced how frustrated he is about refunds not going out to customers in a timely manner.
