I paid for a full-service oil change ($35.70) and, according to their check list, this included window washing and tire pressure check. I watched them carefully and the air in my tires was not checked and the windows were not washed. However, they did squirt a few drops of water on my windshield and told me to turn on the wipers. I guess they can call that window washing.
My concern is, if they did not do these minor things how can I be certain they did the major things such as actually change my oil and filter?
