When jiffy lube first opened I took my van to be serviced, being a women they didn't think I knew anything about vehicles.
I didn't make it home before my van heated up. They didn't put enough oil in, and tried to tell me my pick-up for the oil was defective.
I put oil in and haven't had any more problems.
I never went back to be ripped off again. I gave them their chance to make it right.
