I purchased a car from Discount Auto Spot in cash on March 16. As of today's date 6-6-06, I still haven't received my car title. I have been informed by the dealership that the title is lost. My calls are being avoided or I'm being put on hold for minutes at a time while they say they are searching for it. They will not give me the owner of the dealership name or contact information.
They even told me to come by to pick it up one day, but when I arrived I was told the person bringing it car broke down. They are giving me the run around and do not want to provide me with my title. I've received several traffic tickets because I do not have proof of registration.
I must appear in court with out any proof. I will advise anyone not to purchase a car from this dealership. I was also informed by The Georgia Board of Youth Motor Vehicle Dealers that this dealership license has expired and they are still selling cars. (478-207-2440)
