Don Mealeys Deceptive, Very rude, Lie and Con you about false repair work

I bought my Mitsubishi Montero Sport about a year ago as I was in an accicident and the car that hit me totaled my car. I ended up paying over 13000 for this suv and also wanted a bumper to bumper warranty so I paid almost 2000 for this warranty. I was promised by Levi, the sales rep that I would get a security remote for the suv as soon as they found one that would work with it. This turned out to be a lie.

Everytime I would call toask about it I was lied to and they said to check back. Never materialized. I also brought the suv in for a maintenace check and this is when the problems really started. I thought I was bringin it in to get the oil checked and was told almost 3 hours later (yes I waited in the service dept for the suv) that i was going to need over 500.00 in repair work done as it needed a brand new timing belt. I just bought this suv about 2 months prior to this I never asked them to check ths. They told me if i didnt get this done I would be voiding my bumper to bumper warranty. I left with out having the work done.

I tool it back to the dealer for a bad shimmy happening whenever I went between 40 & 50 miles per hr. This was about 2 weeks ago. After waiting 2 hours they came to me with a list of what they said was work needed to be done which woud cost me thousands and none of which was cover under warranty and vaguely said my shimming problem might be fixed by having the tires rotated & balanced. Theyy charged me 85.00 forthis diagnostic I never asked for and didnt fix the problem I originally went in for.

Not only that but when they did the diagnostic they removed the battery cables & didnt put them back on which caused the cars battery to drain. They said I needed to replace the battery also. So when this happened I thought the battery was dead and ended up buying a new battery when I didnt need to. I am so angry at this dealership. Not only did they make me pay almost 2000 for a worthless warranty I will never get ot use but they ripped me off on the price of this suv and its a piece of junk.
