Re: Wrong Conduct & or Business Practices?

To Whom It May Concern:
I was in your place of business on 5/22/1:48 PM 13:48;
From the onset to finish this is the service I received.
1. I pulled up in the rear service.
2. A young man aa / or ms / met me at my truck. The one with the Blonde hair.
3. Quote; do you want your windows washed? I said No'Qoute; do you want your rugs vacuum I said no: Quote; is this truck a four wheel or two' I said two; He then said ok the cost will be $29.95 as if I just saved money by not having these services performed '
4. I then left the truck' and the service person pulled it into the service bay.
5. The Manager' Young black man' was leaving for the day' I suppose; and left.
6. The service person entered the waiting room older employee brown hair with a sheet of paper and said quote: You don't need anything done you have done it all; I said would you please check the air filter; he said quote; why it only has 4000 miles on it I said ok: but really it has 9000 miles on it?
7. Then he came into the waiting room and said well you're done.
8. As I was standing waiting for an invoice he said MAN I sure glad customer appreciation day is over He said It was a real Pain; I said ok.
9. He then gave me my Invoice and said you can pull your truck out now I was a little surprised at the candor he displayed he was in A BIG HURRY And the other fellow too! And They left I don't know where they went! I walked out to my truck in the service area and got in and the keys were not in the ignition I got back out of the truck and could not find these guys?
10. Finally I found my Keys Hanging on the rail buy some steps and left ;
11. When I got Home I looked at my Receipt' Much to my surprise the total for an Oil change was 49.77; I thought that was also strange since he told me 29.95. At any Rate' I was charged for a four wheel truck and I have a two wheel truck. This has been going on for years so I was not surprised I have been a long time customer and have never ever complained about the cost.
12. Then I called to talk with the Manager he said oh he's gone I said then can I please talk to the Owner They said no' tell us what you complaint is I said No' I want to talk to the Owner They again said no.
13. Though all this I feel that something was going on at your Place of business that was not on the up and up. Maybe even High! I can't say for sure but don't close your eye's to the possibility.
14. I have been a customer since you opened this place; and I am sorry to say I will not be back.
15. The atmosphere, seems now that the business, is plainly set up to take as much profits from the customer as legally possible. 50 bucks for an oil change? Come on!
16. Let me state this final word: The best and most respected employee you have ever had is the young Black man he is the most honest and hard working person you have ever had and If it was not for this Employee I would have stopped coming there many years ago when another employee Told me I need 200.00 worth of work and I believed him and had the work done.
And to later find out that all the work he did was not necessary but I kept coming back because you got rid of that employee. Which was the right thing to do?
