I checked my bank account today and found a 21.95 charge to Road Side Plus. After calling the number referenced in the charge and being told that I had signed up online which I did not do.
I cancelled my account and when I requested a refund I was told that they do not give refunds. I requested to speak to a supervisor and was told that they do not take calls but I was placed on a call back list and will get a call in 24 to 48 hours.
